Shoulder
Pain reaching overhead or behind your back, stiffness after an old injury, or a shoulder that aches when you lift.
Shoulder pain often comes from the muscles around the joint not doing their job: after an injury, after years at a desk, or after doing too much too soon. Common problems we help with:
- Pain or weakness lifting your arm overhead
- Stiffness reaching behind your back
- Aches that linger after an old injury or operation
- Pain when pushing, pulling or carrying
Training starts with gentle, controlled movement through the range you have, then builds strength around the shoulder blade and rotator cuff so the joint is properly supported again.
