No. You can book a free consultation directly. If you’re already seeing a physio or consultant, bring along any exercises or advice they’ve given you and we’ll build around it.
If you have a new injury, severe pain, numbness, pins and needles, or pain that keeps you awake at night, see your GP or a physio first. Personal training rebuilds movement and strength; it doesn’t diagnose injuries. At your consultation Nathan will tell you honestly if he thinks you need a medical opinion before training.
The aim is the opposite. We start with movements you can do comfortably and build up gradually, watching how your body responds from one session to the next. A little muscle soreness after training is normal. Sharp or worsening pain is a sign to change the plan, and we will.
Not at all. Plenty of people with pain have never trained in a gym. Every exercise is explained and shown, and we start at the level that’s right for you.
Your consultation is free. After that you choose a training block and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nathan will then be in touch to arrange your sessions.
